We have no Membership Application Fee
Yearly Membership Subscription: $65.00
Daily Attendance Surcharge: $3.00 is under review

Can I make a donation?

We welcome all donations, building materials, tools, fasteners, paint and items suitable to recycle or repurpose. We can pick up or alternatively you can drop it off to us at the shed.
Like most NFPOs we need your support to enable us to provide the facilities, materials, tools and equipment for member activities and community projects. Cash donations are also welcome.
We are also looking for a new Shed. Our current arrangement has required us to contract to smaller space in the same location but we are keen to expand to meet our commitment to meet our Member's needs & doing so free us up to assist more of our Local Community who have Downsized, lost their Familial Rock & Recent arrivals navigating their way in a a new location.

Do you have Deductible Gift Recipient Status?

Yes, we are a not for profit charity and incorporated non-commercial community group. Donations to our shed are tax deductible as we are registered with the ATO as a Deductible Gift Recipient..

What do you do with donated items?

Firstly if we can use the items they will be put to good use in our shed. Surplus, damaged or broken items not required by the shed are inspected and refurbished. These surplus items are then either passed on to other sheds, worthy recipients or sold off to raise club funds.

How is the Shed funded?

The shed is modestly funded by member subscriptions (covering our AMSA insurance), donations, fund raising events (Bunnings are great supporters & our Sausage Sizzle days are our primary funding source to pay our most recent Rent-hike) and the occasional grant fills our ever present need for safety equipment consumables. Our second most valuable income source is recycling containers, followed by generous donations... there is no job too small.  We are grateful to a small number of local businesses who sporadically donate tools and materials. To enable us to continue to provide the resources for members & Community we are constantly in need further help and support from individuals, businesses and organisations.
